However, design should be in context - speed, content and navigation are at least as important. FUNCTIONALITY - The site needs a purpose. It should deliver a message about your business. It should also include telephone contact numbers and email addresses. Websites with no contact details look very suspicious. FRESHNESS - No one shops in a dusty old shop with no customers.
